4 oz. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
2 oz. chopped green chilies
Onion
2 Tbsp flour.
2 eggs, beaten
¼ cup milk
Salt and pepper
Combine first four ingredients and place in cooked pie shell. Mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper, and pour into pie shell. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
