Homemade Mac and Cheese

1 cup Pasta, cooked
2 Eggs
Sour Cream
Butter
1 ½ tsp. Salt
1 cup Milk
Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Cook pasta and drain. Leave pasta in the colander and warm the milk in the pot you boiled it in. Then whisk everything together, then add pasta back in. Pour into an 8×8 baking dish. Bake (not convection, just regular) at 325 degrees until eggs are set Maybe 45 min? Tent with foil until the last 10 minutes. Take it out when it looks about 90% set. The eggs will continue to set while it rests for about 10-15 min.

If using rice noodles add one more egg, 1tsp cornstarch whisked in, and slightly under cook the pasta.
