Chocolate Oatmeal Pie

1/2 stick of butter, 1/4 cup
1 cup sugar
1 cup corn syrup
2 eggs
4 Tablespoons cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup Quaker Quick Oats

Mix, pour into unbaked pie shell, bake 350 for 45 min.
