30 oz. frozen shredded hash browns
1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 large onion chopped
1 tsp. garlic
1 ½ cups milk
1 can cream of chicken soup
½ cup beef broth
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1 ½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper
Combine first four ingredients. In a separate bowl combine milk and rest of ingredients, Pour over hash brown mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes.
