2 Tbsp. Rice Vinegar<br />
2 Tbsp. Maple Syrup<br />
Black Pepper, to taste<br />
1 lb. Thick Cut Bacon</p>
<p>Mix brown sugar, rice vinegar, maple syrup, and black pepper in a small blow, set aside.</p>
<p>Preheat oven to 350. Place bacon strips on a cooling rack set over a baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes then flip it over and cook for 5 more minutes.</p>
<p>Remove bacon and brush both sides with the sugar mixture and then cook for 5 more minutes. Repeat basting every 5 minutes until the bacon is cooked browned and crisp.</p>
<p><em>(This bacon is excellent on a burger)</em></p>
